Schefflera. These fast growing, tropical looking plants have long stalked clusters of leaves that spread out like fingers of a hand or radiate outward like an umbrella. Out door plants sometimes bloom greenish, yellow, pink, bronze to dark red flowers. When grown out doors, these plants can grow 20-40 feet tall.

Whether grown in containers on the patio or outdoors Shefflera's need rich moisture retentive well drained soil, they love humidity but tolerate dryer air.
